Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, colour preference, sizing issues, or any other personal preference.
Returns will only be accepted if an eligible product is received damaged or defective, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package from the beginning of opening through to the product being fully unpacked and must clearly show the damage or defect.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Reporting a Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide:
Your order details
A clear, continuous unboxing video
Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return.
Jewellery – No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, all jewellery purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The item must be returned in its original, unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
Colour & Product Variations
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, or differences in screen displays. Minor variations in colour, weave, print, embroidery, handcrafted details, or other natural characteristics of the product are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or other circumstances outside our control.
